On August 6th, 2026, the Public Service Commission of South Carolina launched an A.I. assistant function on their official website (www.psc.sc.gov). To access the assistant, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on this icon:

This application, adapted from SC.gov’s Bradley assistant, allows users to research publicly available PSC information, including:

• Docket information
• Hearing schedules and details
• Commission information
• Orders and other publicly available documents
• General PSC-related questions

As users interact with the A.I. Assistant, it will better learn to direct them towards relevant information, and the PSC encourages those interested in the agency’s operation and regulatory matters and decisions to begin exploring the capabilities of the A.I. Assistant.
