The Public Service Commission of South Carolina has scheduled a virtual public hearing series on November 8th and 9th, 2021 in Docket No. 2021-153-S, which involves Palmetto Wastewater Reclamation, Inc. and their request for the approval of a rate adjustment for customers. The company has proposed an increase of 13.72% on residential, mobile, commercial, and multi-family home rates in their application before the Commission. If you're a consumer of Palmetto Wastewater Reclamation, Inc. and have an opinion on the company's request or the services they provide to you, the Commission wants to hear from you! 

These hearings will run from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. on the 8th and from 12 p.m.-8 p.m. on the 9th. To speak, you will need to preregister in one of three ways:

• Email communications@psc.sc.gov, or
• Complete the survey at this link, or
• Call 803.896.5133 before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 5th

When preregistering, you'll have to provide your name, the telephone number you want the Commission to call you back at, your physical address, and whether you would prefer to speak virtually or in person.
