Hearings and meetings held before the Public Service Commission of South Carolina are recorded by both technology and by a court reporter, and anyone who is interested in obtaining a transcript or written record of these hearings or meetings can do so by filling out a Transcript Request and paying a fee. To start the process, visit the PSC’s transcript page at this link—they’ve recently launched a new online Transcript Request portal that accepts payment directly through the page.
