The Public Service Commission has scheduled a hearing in Docket No. 2023-162-WS, which relates to Lakewood Utilities, LLC (“the Company”)’s application for approval of an adjustment in rates and charges and modifications to certain terms and conditions for the provisions of water and sewer service, with a revenue increase requested in the Company’s application. This hearing will begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025, and will continue as necessary through the remainder of the week. This hearing will be livestreamed to the public at this link. 

According to application, Lakewood Utilities, LLC is requesting an adjustment in rates designed to achieve additional annual revenues of $124,650.00, an increase from the existing rates, which were approved by the Public Service Commission on May 27th, 2010, in Order No. 2010-387 in Docket No. 2009-457-WS.
