PSC Updates Complaint Process

The Public Service Commission has launched their new consumer complaint portal, which allows you, the ratepayers of South Carolina, to file a formal complaint with the agency online. If you have a grievance against a utility regulated by the Public Service Commission, you can file a complaint, which opens a request for a hearing before the agency.
