The Public Service Commission of South Carolina has scheduled customer public hearings in Docket No. 2026-186-EG, which involves the joint petition of Dominion Energy South Carolina, Inc. (“DESC”), Dominion Energy, Inc., and NextEra Energy, Inc. for the review and approval of a proposed business combination between Dominion Energy, Inc. and NextEra Energy, Inc.
These customer public hearings will take place over four nights in November and December in Aiken, North Charleston, and Columbia at the following locations:

The PSC notes that, as with all customer public hearings, anyone interested in testifying can only testify at one session and for a maximum of three minutes. To preregister:

- Call 803-896-4120.
The Commission will call the names of those persons who pre-register to testify first followed by the names of the other persons who did not pre-register to testify.
